EchoPilot is a voice-first productivity app for iPhone, with an Apple Watch companion. Speak a thought and get practical actions you can organize, refine, and send to the tools you already use.

How it works

  1. Capture. Record from iPhone or Apple Watch while the thought is fresh. A watch recording can stay queued until the iPhone is ready to process it.
  2. Understand. EchoPilot separates tasks, reminders, events, notes, and emails from natural, multilingual speech. If the request is genuinely unclear, it asks one simple question.
  3. Organize. Keep built-in Tasks, Reminders, and Notes in the Library, with clear views for today, upcoming work, completed items, reminder outcomes, pinned notes, and archives.
  4. Refine. Reply to the whole session or one specific card by text or voice, then watch the right card update in place.
  5. Send. Tap Add, Share, Open, Post, or Send to route approved cards to a supported destination. Nothing is claimed as sent without the required confirmation.

Apple Watch companion

EchoPilot on Apple Watch stays focused on the moments when reaching for a phone is inconvenient. Record a voice note from your wrist, see transfer and processing status, review today's timed tasks and upcoming reminders, and mark safe internal items complete. The iPhone remains the account and AI authority, so watch recordings become normal EchoPilot sessions rather than a separate watch-only history.

How we use AI

EchoPilot uses automated speech-to-text and analysis to produce action cards, interpret follow-ups, and resolve dates in your timezone. It supports multilingual and mixed-language speech, including English, Urdu, Hindi, and Pashto. Processors work on your behalf to deliver results in the app. We do not use your content to train generalized machine-learning models.

Privacy

We do not sell user data, do not use your content for advertising, and encrypt OAuth credentials at rest. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
